About me
I am all about helping you discover and live your best possible life. I am a spiritual trauma therapist and the author of the soon to be published Manifesting 101: A How-To Guide. I want to help you overcome the obstacles to having your dreams come true. My passion is teaching people how to communicate with their Higher Self. Since I learned to do this in 2008, my life has completely transformed. My desire is to share this powerful, loving gift that each one of us has, with the world, starting with you.
I am certified in Mike Dooley’s Infinite Possibilities program, which teaches the universal, undeniable, metaphysical laws of the Universe. Namely that we are powerful beyond measure, and it is our inherent birthright to experience all that we desire in this life. We do this through focusing our thoughts, beliefs, emotions and vibration into what it is we want.
For the last ten years I have served as a trauma therapist. I am an introvert, an empath and a Highly Sensitive Person. My worldview is grounded in indigenous wisdom and based on the knowing that this is but one of many lives. There is a divine plan for each of us and there are many unseen beings continually offering us loving assistance. I believe in astrology but don’t teach it. I love being in nature with my husband and our dog. My approach is very intuitive. My training includes Mindfulness, certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed EMDR, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).

My services
Psychotherapy
I provide psychotherapy services remotely to people who feel stuck, or are unhappy in their relationships or life. Many times this manifests as anxiety or depression. I work best with people who are motivated to heal. This means being willing to try new tools and experience their emotions. At this time I am only licensed to serve residents of Ohio.
Life Coaching
I love coaching individuals in how to manifest their dreams, which sometimes means first figuring out what is even possible. I can help you identify what it is that you want, and then create actionable steps to bring that into your reality. This often includes learning how to work with your intuition and Higher Self, to experience the guidance and support that is always available to us.

The self-pay rate for both Spiritual Psychotherapy Sessions and Life Coaching is $120 per hour. Please see my pricing page for information about insurance billing. A free 15 minute consultation is available during which we can discuss what your needs are and which service is right for you.

Yes, it does! EMDR therapy works because of what is known as bilateral stimulation. Originally therapists used eye movements as the form of bilateral stimulation. It is now known that bilateral tones or touching (tapping) are equally as effective as eye movements.

Yes! I am inclusive and affirming of all races, genders, and cultural identities.

Spiritual Psychotherapy is very similar to holistic or trauma therapy. It is therapy with an understanding of the spiritual nature of life. This could be a recognition of a higher power/self/God, spirit guides or helpers, and an understanding that we are reincarnated many times.
